Senster: The Warrior Version, 2022
Senster, born in 1970, was the first sculpture able to move at the command of a computer. In 2021, its remains were brought back together in Kraków, Poland, and it was turned on to a new life,
the life of the 21st-century. Senster: The Warrior Version is a post-robotic live realm that repeatedly dismantles and reassembles the idea of the animalistic and animated movement of the machine. In this performance, the body wakes from and into a nightmarish archive of postures of war.
Performance, 20 minutes.
The work was performed as part of the multidisciplinary art event ‘Plot02’ at Hameretz 2 Art Center in Tel Aviv.
